Three Years, 125lb GONE!!

Three years have passed since I started a whole food, plant-based diet. I have lost a total of 125lb.  The best part is that my health has improved! I have gone from a size 24 to a size 6. My start weight was apx 265lb and now it’s 140lb. I was able to lower my cholesterol (from 219 to 116), normalize my liver count, and eliminate the need for acid reflux medicine. I am no longer pre-diabetic and my skin is no longer oily.

I was able to find a program that gave me the knowledge and encouragement I needed along this journey. My desire is to help others. If I can do this, anyone can! I started with Protective Diet over two years ago and have been enrolled in Protective Diet Education since the first class. I truly know that I would not be where I am today, if it wasn’t for PD-ed, the support of the creator of PD along with the support group (PDL). I have lost 100lb following this plan. I want to inspire others along their journey to better health.

This month if you enroll in Protective Diet education the $100 enrollment fee is being waved through Nov 30, 2015. Monthly dues are only $29.97 a month. You receive access to over 100 archived classes and over 180 premium recipes. Each week there is an interactive class and a new recipe.  This helped to keep me motivated and on plan.
