Made the Lentil Stew and Rice in the Pressure cooker. It was definitely easier and faster than on the stove. Tasted really good. This was the first time making the lentil stew. After my run this morning, I decided to make waffles with blueberry Jam, whole blueberries and sweet cherries. Yummy breakfast! I’m ready for the day.
