My Journey:  From a Standard American Diet to a Whole Food Plant Based Diet Lifestyle.
I grew up eating a Standard American (Portuguese) diet and transitioned to a whole food plant based diet.  If you are curious about my journey, hop on over to my About page, My Plant Based Journey or My Photo Journal.

Everyone has their own journey and do things on their own time table.  No matter where you are starting, the fact that you are here tells me something.  You are ready for a change and are ready to make things happen.  SO, LET’S GET STARTED!

EatLiveBNspired Was Born!  
As my health improved the desire to help other feel the freedom I gained started to grow.  I wanted a place to guide and help others.  It was a little scary putting myself out there.  EatLiveBNspired is more than a blog.

  • Oil
  • Sugar (including syrup, nectar & artificial sweeteners)
  • Additive-Free

No dairy includes cheese. No oil includes olive oil. And no meat includes anything with a face.
