Making your own Oat Flour is easy, simple and saves money. Can’t beat that. I purchased a 25lb bag of regular oats. Blended part of the bag in the Blendtec and made Oat Flour. Just blend it on speed number 10. The blender will turn off when finished. Put the flour into a big bowl and let it cool. Then store the oat flour and oats in containers.
Make more flour when you run out. Most of the items I make each month use oat flour or I have substituted oat flour. Some of my favorite recipes are below.
Here is my 25lb bag of oats in containers ready for the pantry. My last bag lasted me two months. We will have to see how long this one last.
