Breakfast was anything but typical. Grill cheese with onion and tomato sandwich. A bowl of Pozole Rojo Soup. The Pozole recipe makes a large pot of soup so I decided to add some corn, kidney beans and some no fat cheese sauce. That made it an entirely new soup. Just as good as the original. This was a satisfying breakfast.
