Noticed today that I needed more snacks. Working for home today could have something to do with it. Just needed a little something in-between meals. It didn’t take much to satisfy the feeling.
I finished making dinner. Then decided since the stove was on I should make zucchini bread. I had a huge zucchini I needed to use. I usually end up eating dinner as I continue doing things in the kitchen. I decided not to do that this time. Made three zucchini breads. One huge zucchini made three shredded cups. When I finally sat down to dinner I was hungry. I am more aware of what and how much I am eat.
