Made the Lentil Stew and Rice in the Pressure cooker. It was definitely easier and faster than on the stove. Tasted really good. This was the first time making the lentil stew.
Breakfast: Puffed Grains, Oatmeal, Chocolate Bird seed, Banana, Yogurt with Trader Joes Unsweetened Soy Milk (Usually make my own Rice or Oat Milk)
Snack: Ezekiel Raisin bread and a banana
Lunch: Cheese Rolled Taquitos, Hushpuppies and salad with French onion dip
Dinner: Lentil Stew over Rice
Cooked Brown Rice
Buffalo Notzzarella Cheeze
French Onion Dip
