Mindful Eating! Day 24

Kept it simple today.

Today’s Meal:
Breakfast: 2 slices Ezekiel Raisin bread with ripped banana spread on top. Half a slice of Zucchini bread and grapes
Lunch: Rolled taquitos (Un-fried beans, Beef-less taco and Cheese wrapped in a corn tortilla) Japanese sweet potato and sliced tomatoes
Snack: French onion dip with Baked Woven Wheat Crackers
Dinner: Salad with House Dressing (Mixed greens, Dill Pickles, Fire Stick Carrots, Cheese, Black Bean & Corn summer salad)

Spicy Dill Pickles
Un-fried Black Beans
House Mayo
