Today for lunch I added some garlic bread. Took some out of the freezer added it to my Lunch bag. By the time lunch arrived it was defrosted. Oh, it was good.
Dinner also hit the spot. Tacos, Tostada and salad. I sauté some onions and mushrooms to put on top.

Breakfast: Cereal: Puffed Grains & Regular Oats
Snack: Pineapple
Lunch: Salad with French Onion Dip, Garlic Bread Stick (Mixed greens, spinach, Dill Pickles, Pickled Pepper, Fire Stick Carrots, Tomatoes, Spicy Bird Seed, Firm Cheese)
Dinner: Beef-less Tacos, Re-fried beans, Black Bean summer salad and Green salad
