It was absolutely a no cooking day. All leftovers.
It has been nice to have my salad fixings all last longer than before I started the 20 Meals to Success/Mindful Eating. My current batch have almost lasted two weeks. The Pickled Peppers and Fire Sticks can last up to a month. The Dill Pickles can last up to two weeks.
Today’s Meal:
Breakfast: Zucchini Bread, Blueberry Muffin and Pineapple
Lunch: Salad with French Onion Dip (Mixed greens, spinach, Dill Pickles, Pickled Pepper, Fire Stick Carrots, Tomatoes, Spicy Bird Seed, Firm Cheese)
Dinner: Hushpuppies, Popcorn Shrimp, Mercury Free “Tuna”, French Onion Dip, 365 Baked Woven Wheat Crackers, Franks Original Hot Sauce
