This was yesterday’s late dinner after a couple of hours of driving. We have been traveling the last couple of days to see family. It was nice to get away and see them.
I put together dinner from the food I traveled with. It was quick and easy. It took less than 5 minutes to put together. I added some chopped gyros and my dressing was Tzatziki Sauce.
Breakfast: 2 slices of Zucchini Bread and a banana
Lunch: Gyro with Tzatziki, Black bean summer salad, French onion dip and 365 Woven Wheats (baked crackers)
Dinner: Salad with Tzatziki Sauce for dressing (Mixed greens, spinach, chopped Gyro, Dill Pickles, Pickled Pepper, Fire Stick Carrots, Tomatoes, Spicy Bird Seed, Firm Cheese)
