Mindful Eating! Day 20

I have been traveling so this was Tuesdays Meals.

Enjoying eating gyro for dinner.
Had my last artichoke for breakfast, with sweet potato. You don’t need to have traditional breakfast every morning.
Lunch was Mercury Free “Tuna” with Pita pocket bread.

Today’s Meal:
Breakfast: Breaded Artichokes and a Japanese sweet potato
Lunch: Mercury Free “Tuna” with Pita pocket bread.
Dinner: Gyro with Tzatziki Sauce
