Simply a no cooking day. Just leftovers. I have been adjusting to smaller meals. Which means I don’t need to cook as much. I have also been freezing items that freeze well.
It’s always nice having things in the freezer for last minute meals.
Breakfast: Zucchini Bread (in chunks) topped with blueberry Jam, crushed pineapple and banana slices
Lunch: Tostadas with 7-layed dip, tomatoes, sour cream dream and Salad with French onion Dip
Dinner: Jacked Up Pulled “Pork” sandwich and salad with French onion Dip
