Mindful Eating! Day 16

Popcorn shrimp requested by an 8yr old. Had extra batter so we breaded some yellow zucchini and onion rings.
That is one way to eat your veggies!

Today’s Meal:
Breakfast: Broccoli & Garlic Sauce over Brown Rice
Lunch: 50/50 Salad (Brown Rice, Baked Potato, Dill Pickles, Pickled Pepper, Fire Stick Carrots, Spicy Bird Seed, Firm Cheese, with mixed green and Ranch Dressing
Dinner: Popcorn Shrimp, Zucchini, Onion Rings with Mustard Potato Salad with Hotti Sauce, Original Franks Hot sauce and Creamy Ranch Dressing
