Okay, I finally has something different for breakfast. Bowl of puffed grains (Corn, Millet and Read Wheat Cereal) with regular oats, sliced banana and Trader Joe’s Unsweetened Soy milk. I usually make my own oat or rice milk but didn’t have any for today. The ingredients on the puffed grains is only: Puffed Whole Grain Millet, Puffed Whole Grain Yellow Corn and Whole Read Wheat.
Breakfast: Bowl of puffed grains, oats and banana with TJ unsweetened soy milk
Snack: Zucchini Bread
Lunch: 50/50 Salad (Brown Rice, Baked Potato, Dill Pickles, Pickled Pepper, Fire Stick Carrots, Tomatoes, Spicy Bird Seed, Firm Cheese, with mixed green and Ranch Dressing
Snack: Fresh Pineapple, and Mini Breakfast Brownies
Dinner: Jacked Up Pulled “Pork”, BBQ Baked Beans with Sour Cream Dream and Salad with French onion Dip
