I can’t believe the amount of 50/50 salad I use to eat for lunch. Now, I eat a fourth of my “normal” salad. It is day 14 and I have now set a new “normal” lunch salad size. It feels great!
Dinner was leftovers with a twist. It’s nice to use the same items and have a different meal for several night. Today’s dinner was a salad and seven layered dip with baked chips
Breakfast: Overnight Regular Oats
Lunch: 50/50 Salad (Brown Rice, Baked Potato, Dill Pickles, Pickled Pepper, Fire Stick Carrots, Tomatoes, Spicy Bird Seed, Firm Cheese, with mixed green and Ranch Dressing
Snack: Zucchini Bread, Mini Breakfast Brownies
Dinner: Salad with French onion Dip and Loaded Nachos: Baked Tortilla Chips, Trader Joe’s Fat Free refried Beans, No Fat Not-Yo Cheeze Sauce, Black Beans, Simple Salsa, Guac-Faux-Mole, Firm Cheese, tomatoes, onions, topped with Sour Cream Dream and Hottie Sauce
