I have notice meals stretching further. Which means less time spent in the kitchen. Preparing weekly staple item has been key to staying on plan and being prepared. These items can slightly change from week to week. Currently, I have been making French Onion Dip, Spicy Dill Pickles, and Pickled Pepper Rings (mini sweet pepper). This week I decided to also make Fire Sticks and Pickled Pepper Rings (Jalapenos no seeds). Make sure to use glove when cutting Jalapenos and don’t touch your face. I decided to share a photo of my weekly items since I just had leftovers. I did make a new item tonight Strawberry Lemonade.
Breakfast: Overnight Regular Oats
Lunch: 50/50 Salad with yogurt & franks hot sauce
Snack: Zucchini Bread / Fruit
Dinner: Broccoli & Garlic Sauce with Hottie Sauce, Sweet potato and Strawberry Lemonade
