Yesterday (Day 11), I just continued the practice of mindful eating. It’s a day by day thing. The more I do it the easier it becomes. I continue to recognize how your body is effected by food.
It has been a while since I have had a loaded baked potato. The portion size is smaller but it was as good as I remembered. I see loaded nachos in my near future.
Breakfast: Zucchini Bread, Fruit
Lunch: Broccoli & Garlic Sauce
Dinner: Loaded Baked Potato with Salsa, French onion, Guac, Cheeze Sauce; Salad with French onion for dressing, yellow tomato
