Mexican Pizza night and a side salad
I keep seeing photos on Protective Diet Living (facebook support group) of everyone making these all the time.
This is a simple easy recipe that didn’t take long. I had the no fat not yo cheeze sauce already made. Cut the onions and bell pepper and that’s it. I did have to make the unfried black beans. That didn’t take long and turned out so creamy in the blentec. Having a high speed blender really does make a difference. I have been doing this for over a year and I only had a regular blender.
So, if I can do this then anyone can!
