This week at work I forgot my salad dressing for my lunch. I usually have a stash of Aged Balsamic Vinegar dressing, but I had used it all up last week. I was fortunate that I had some French Onion Dip. I decided to use that on my salad. Yum! I have found a new dressing. I’m calling it “French Onion Salad Dressing”. I have had it for two days in a row. This one’s a keeper. The second day I added a little water to thin it out.

I was thinking about subscribing for Protective Diet’s Premium recipe section, is it really worth the money?
For me its definitely worth it.

There is a weekly interactive class, two live weekly chats with Julie Christensen (creator of Protective Diet) and the bonus is a weekly recipes. I have been subscribed since Nov 2013.
