When I first started my journey I created several recipes that had unique items. These items I only used one or two times.
Then in 2013, I decided to follow a Protective Diet, I noticed that the same ingredient were used with the majority of the recipes. Over time I was able to stock my pantry. Today, I can go onto the Protective Diet (PD) website and have a wide variety of recipes to choose from.
This pantry staple list will assist you in making any of the 125 Free recipes from the PD site. I have been using this site well over 3 1/2 years. I added a few extra items that I use regularly. As you start making recipes from the Protective Diet site just add them to your pantry. Over time you pantry will be stocked.
