Chopped Salad never the same twice!

I may have said this before, but here it goes again.  I was not a big fan of salads when I first started eating a Protective Diet.  I ate my veggies when they were part of my main meals.  Salads pretty much did not exist.  When I used spinach in anything I took out the stems and chopped my spinach into small pieces.  Slowly I started out with a small salad then as I went along my salads increased in size.  I stopped taking out the stems.  They don’t bother me now.  I do still cut up my salad into small pieces.

It’s hard to believe how far I have come.  Now having a salad is pretty much a daily occurrence and they are not small but the main meal.

Small steps is all it can take!

I had the new spices & herb vinaigrette Premium salad dressing.
