Well day 5 came and went. I did well on all my meals except for after dinner. Started doing things in the kitchen. Then with different things that accrued at home. Well I can say, I didn’t apply eating only without distraction and when I was hungry. I was definitely not hungry but did it anyway. I can tell today that my body had adjusted even if my mind hasn’t. I have a feeling of discomfort and know that the mindless eating that occurred after dinner was what did it.
The plan for today is to learn from that experience and keep moving forward. I have not come this far by giving up. Learning from my mistakes and pressing forward continually is what it’s all about. Never give up! Your goal may be just around the corner but you will never see it if you don’t keep moving.
Tip: Frank’s Original Red Hot Sauce is an item I purchase. Make sure to read the label. There are several different Frank’s sauces but this is the only one without additives. I don’t use this sauce as much as I did in the past because it has become too salty. I do use it on the Spicy Bird Seed recipe and on a few occasions but not like I use to.
All items where leftovers in the fridge. Didn’t spend much time preparing anything.
Breakfast: Overnight Regular Oats
Lunch: ½ Chickpea with Creamy Ranch Dressing sandwich on PD Roll (smash Chickpeas with a fork add ranch dressing), Salad with Yogurt & Franks Original Hot Sauce
Dinner: Pizza, Salad with King Sauce
