Quick bake mini party pizza are a hit! They are quick and easy to make. Everyone made two of their own with their favorite toppings. We packed the extra ones in the fridge for another meal.
In a sauce pan, I added the Buffalo Notzzarella Cheeze and a little water, stir until desired softness then add it to your pizza. Turned out really good!
Definitely need to stay away from eating in front of the TV. It’s harder to decide when I’m full. I know better but decided to experiment. Also just snacking “just because” instead of being hungry is something I need to explore more. Food can be (is) such a comfort. I need to find something else. Journaling, exercising, go for a walk or just go outside for a couple of minutes. What are some things you like to do?
Tip: When preparing a meal it is easier to make extra at the same time. The majority of the Protective Diet meals make large portions but it’s nice to have items in the freezer ready to go when you are busy. Making extra or just putting a serving or two in the freezer is a real life saver. Keeps you away from the foods you are trying to avoid. I have found that in the end it saves time. Everything you need is already out for the recipe and the dishes are dirty, so why not. Might as well take advantage of it. I am very limited on freezer space so I have to choose wisely as to what goes in the freeze.
