Day 2 went well.
It’s nice to eat without distraction. I had a couple times that I snacked in from of the computer but I quickly pull myself away. Didn’t eat all of the snack. Really didn’t need it. It is actually nice to have a feeling of slight hunger. It’s not like I am overly hungry
Breakfast: I usually make my overnight oats the night before but forgot to make them. I decided to have leftovers. Enchiladas, baked zucchini and a small salad.
Snack: Grapes & cherries (didn’t finish all of it)
Lunch: 50/50 Salad (50/50 Half starch, Half Leafy Greens), dressing: Yogurt with aged balsamic vinegar and spicy brown mustard, leftover grapes/cherries, And Strawberry Corn Cakes made with cherries
Dinner: 50/50 Salad, dressing: yogurt with aged balsamic vinegar and spicy mustard, Vegetarian Quinoa Chili, Garlic bread stick
