Well my body continues to let me know if I have overeaten. Will I learn my lesson this time? I am seeing a pattern that I need to break. Cleaning up the kitchen at night, putting things away and deciding to take a bit or two. Then it ends up being a lot of little bites.
Today, I didn’t have breakfast at the regular time. I ate my overnight oats for lunch at 12:30pm. That is what I felt like having. Then some Zucchini bread for a snack later in the day. I decided I wanted Loaded Nachos for dinner so I made a trip to Whole Foods. Picked up some Tortillas along with other items. The only ingredients in these Tortillas are corn flour and water. There were no additives, no chemicals and no special hidden ingredients in these tortillas. Since Trader Joe’s and the Asian Market I shop at were in the area, I figured I would stock up on some pantry staple items. I knew I might get hungry so I made sure I was prepared. I brought a slice of zucchini bread and some bit size breakfast brownies with me. This helped me stay on plan and not get distracted while shopping.
